Burning Man (2016-2019)

Burning Man’s ethos is around complete acceptance and openness to others, dissolving the boundary between us and THEM. It shows itself in incredible, unbridled creativity. Burning Man is a glimpse into what life could be like without ‘boxes’. There is no money or bartering, only radical self-reliance – bringing everything you need for a week in the very hostile desert environment, and sharing through unfettered gifting.

Writing this feels strange, as I’m attempting to intellectualize and put into words a powerful emotional and spiritual experience.

2016 was my first Burning Man and I am going back regularly.
