Burma: On the Docks (2012)

The Irrawaddy River is the main source of transportation in Burma for both urban dwellers and rural residents, who frequently travel on crowded ferries.  The workers on the river’s Rangoon docks load and unload huge sacks of rice, move massive reinforcing rods, and recycle glass bottles, scrap metal, and machine parts, all part of the commerce along the nation’s most important waterway.
